How do I place an order?

We’ve made our online shop simple to use, but here’s a quick step by step guide to get you started.

1. Go to the Shop homepage. If you have an account, sign in at the top right of the page. Otherwise you can browse and shop as a guest.

2. Browse the shopping page on this site and select the products you want to view by clicking on them.

3. You’ll be taken to the detail page of that product. To add a product to your cart, click the  ‘Add to cart’ or 'Pre-order' and a mini-cart will appear on the top right of the page.

4. Continue shopping by using the navigation, or the search function.

5. Finished shopping? Just click the ‘Cart’ button at the top of the page. From here we recommend you preview your cart by clicking on YOUR SHOPPING CART at the top. Alternatively you proceed straight to the checkout.

 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We accept payment via our PayPal and by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Debit (US). Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, cashier's cheques, money orders or direct deposits. We Ship our products to any state that is within the same day or next day shipping range; "the next business day after an order has shipped." Business days are defined as "Monday-Friday" and not including holidays and weekends. Additionally, examples are provided, letting a customer know that with next day delivery, "an order that ships out on Thursday...would be delivered on Friday" and that "an order shipping out on Friday...would arrive on Monday."

 

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

When you complete a purchase using your credit card in the C-Moss Life Online Shop your transaction will be processed by Wix Payments, a secure and safe system that protects your credit card details. Returns & Refunds

 

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 30 to 60 days, depending on your card issuer's policies
